Madison earned her Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as the President of the Cardozo Fashion Law Society, as Teaching Assistant to Professor Barbara Kolsun for her Fashion Law course, and as Student Member of the Fashion Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Madison spearheaded the Fashion Law Society's inaugural Alumni Networking Mixer in an effort to connect Cardozo students with Alumni in Fashion, the Arts, Music, and Entertainment.

Madison Marino graduated magna cum laude from St. John’s University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Management. She was selected to participate in the Executive in Residence Program where, for her entire senior year, she worked directly with senior executives from partner firms to address strategic challenges faced by the organizations. With her team, she analyzed business problems, developed strategic solutions, and presented the findings in formal presentations to executives. One such solution was a comprehensive branding proposal and implementation plan for a new product/service for a national brand.

Madison has a strong foundation in intellectual property law, with experience across various industries, including fashion, real estate, and corporate law.
Madison Marino is currently a second-year Associate at ESCA Legal, focusing on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and transactional intellectual property matters.
During law school, Madison held multiple internships, including a Legal Intern role at Loza & Loza LLP during her 2L summer through the end of 3L, where she focused on trademark prosecution, including conducting trademark searches, drafting Office Action responses, and preparing agreements. At Ziff Davis during her 2L Spring semester, she honed her skills conducting research on emerging trends in legislation, drafting DMCA takedown notices, and managing contracts, all while learning the ins and outs of working in-house at a major company. Madison also took on a second internship in her 2L Spring semester through 2L summer as a Law Clerk for the World Trade Centers Association, managing the organization’s trademark portfolio and conducting corporate legal research.
During 1L Summer and 2L Fall, Madison was a Legal Intern at OMI Legal LLC, where she conducted trademark searches, drafted legal memoranda, and formulated arguments for USPTO Office Actions. Additionally, in 1L Summer, she gained experience at Turn of River Real Estate & Management LLC, researching landlord/tenant law and assisting with the review of commercial lease agreements.
Earlier in her career, during college, Madison also worked as a Legal Intern at Tupperware Brands, where she summarized legal documents, helped to revise agreements, and assisted with trademark and copyright infringement and enforcement matters, among other in-house specific projects.
